Super Eagles forward player Paul Onuachu is reportedly close to securing a move from Southampton to join Turkish side Tranzonspor on a permanent deal.
Transfer news expert, Fabrizio Romano confirmed on his X account on Friday June 20, 2025. According to him, the Turkish based club have reached an agreement with Southamption and are discussing personal terms with Paul Onuachu ahead of the 2025/26 season.
Tranzonspor initially tried to sign the forward player on a permanent transfer last summer after an impressive loan spell in the 2023/24 season but it was to no avail. He scored 15 goals in 21 league appearances for the former Turkish Super Lig
champions during his loan spell.
Southampton signed Onuachu hfrom Belgian Pro League outfit KRC Genk in January 2023.
