The Sokoto State Government has announced its 3,000 recruitment drive into the state civil service.
In a statement released on Saturday, the Secretary of the Recruitment Committee, Gandi Muhammad, said the application will commence on Monday, September 22, and run until October 6, 2025.
According to him, interested applicants are expected to obtain forms free of charge from their local governments of origin before completing the application process online at the official portal:https://employment.sokotostate.gov.ng/https://employment.sokotostate.gov.ng.
He said the process was aimed at providing employment opportunities for qualified indigenes of the state.
Muhammad further explained that candidates must register with valid email addresses and phone numbers, fill in their biodata, and upload required documents such as educational certificates, proof of indigene, birth certificate, and National Identification Number.
“Shortlisted applicants will be notified through their registered email or via the portal.”
He stressed that the exercise is free of charge and warned against multiple submissions, which could lead to disqualification.
