He disclosed that among the first-degree recipients, 988 earned Second Class (Upper Division), 1,279 earned Second Class (Lower Division), 178 will graduate with Third Class honours, while one student obtained a Pass degree.

“This year’s convocation is historic as it celebrates not only the achievements of our students but also the steady transformation of UNIOSUN into a centre of innovation and academic distinction,” Adebooye stated.

He also highlighted the inauguration of several major projects during the convocation, including the iconic Senate Building funded through TETFund’s High Impact Intervention, the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology Building, a twin 500-seater lecture theatre, and other facilities across campuses.

Adebooye commended TETFund, Osun State Governor and Visitor to the University, Senator Ademola Adeleke, and the Governing Council for their support in driving infrastructural and academic development at UNIOSUN.
