2024/25 Serie A Champions Napoli are reportedly set to open transfer talks with Liverpool’s winger Federico Chiesa.
The Italian joined the Premier League Champions during the 2024 summer transfer window from Juventus. According to reports from Italy, Napoli are interested in signing either Jack Grealish or Federico Chiesa who will give depth to the squad.
Either Chiesa or Grealish will really need another club where the my would be able to showcase their talents after falling off the pecking order at their clubs at Liverpool and Manchester City respectively.
Napoli have already signed Noa Lang as a new winger for 2025-26 season but they are still in search for a player who will strengthen Antonio Conte’s attacking prowess in the 2025/26 season. However of the two available players, Chiesa seems to be the best bet due to his experience in the Serie A.
Gazzetta confirmed that Chiesa would be tempted to move to Napoli epecially after being excluded from the Liverpool squad for their pre-season tour of East Asia, where the Reds will face Milan in a pre-season friendly.
